Scalo line cook candidates will possess at least two years of relevant fine dining or upscale casual, professional experience. This position will require a professional appearance and demeanor as it will be performed in an open kitchen visible to guests. Scalo cooks must be able to consistently perform at a high level in a fast paced, high pressure environment while maintaining great attention to detail. Shifts may include days, light nights, weekends and holidays.
